Job Description

To enhance the fitness training program through a re-calibration of training program, hiring and development of training staff, management of ongoing fitness programming, and pursuing training partnerships and opportunities in the community.

Responsibilities include:
-Manage all aspects of fitness training staff (hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and development)
-Develop and implement periodized group workout curriculum
-Manage group workout offerings and assign appropriate trainers for instruction
-Develop personal training program
-Weekly and monthly goals communicated to personal training staff
-Responsible for growth of fitness participation through member engagement, member education, community events, and corporate partner engagement
-Develop systems and protocol directly related to the fitness program (group workouts, personal training, corporate wellness, etc.)
-Provide fitness content for social media platforms and member e-mail blasts
-Management and maintenance of fitness equipment and group studios

Job Requirements

-Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology, or related field
-Training Certification (NASM or NSCA preferred)
-Minimum of 2 years experience managing a fitness/training department
-Minimum of 1 year providing group instruction and personal training
