Job Description

Dragonfly Fitness is not your average women's training studio. We lift. We laugh. We get out of our comfort zones. And we give back. We are raising the bar to live our best life and raising the bar to help others do the same.

We are growing and are currently seeking a Full-Time Coach (approx. 30-35 hours per week) who is committed to providing a top-notch training experience, while cultivating a strong sense of community.

At Dragonfly you’ll have the opportunity to teach, coach, mentor and change lives of the more than 160 women that are currently members at our studio. Developing relationships and truly getting to know our members is at the heart of their success, and ours. We are very proud to have more than 100 5-star reviews (check them out on Facebook, Google and Yelp).

Our work environment is easy going, fun and real. We work hard and have a true interest in helping team members develop and grow their careers. Employees are recognized for their work through pay increases and educational opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional coaching for our group training, semi-private training and personal training.
• Ensure studio is clean and organized after each session.
• Work with our Director of Training to create programming for personal and specialized group sessions.
• Assist with new member onboarding and overall member experience, including conducting consultations and member check-ins.
• Work with the team to create educational content for videos, newsletters and website.
• Participate in member and community events, as well as fundraisers.
• Attend team and one-on-one meetings.
• Communicate with the team and members honestly, professionally and in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate is someone with great people skills and that can relate to our core values. It’s someone that has a passion for strength training and helping others to see how strong they can be. Experience is preferred, but attitude and outlook is everything. Candidate will receive paid training and team support to learn our training systems.

Please send your resume and a cover letter that explains why you are interested in this position to renah@dft-stl.com.
