(You “Check your ego at the door.”) You proactively seek opportunities to build the Fitness Theory PT client base and generate increasing revenue. You see yourself as a representative and integral part of the Fitness Theory PT team and not as an individual trainer building your own business.

Leadership, Integrity and Professionalism: You do not cut corners ethically and earn trust and maintain confidences by doing what is right. You speak plainly and truthfully and work for the common good. You set a standard of professionalism within the fitness industry. You represent Fitness Theory PT as a standout, leading company in the services that we offer.
